Regency brand is set to arrive in Berlin next year, with the company taking over management of the Hotel Palace Berlin. The hotel features 278 rooms and suites, a club lounge, a spa, a pool, and large events spaces.

The public areas and rooms will undergo renovation before the rebranding, which will see the hotel become the Hyatt Regency Palace Berlin. This will be the fourth Hyatt Regency hotel in Germany, joining Hyatt Regency Cologne, Hyatt Regency Düsseldorf, and Hyatt Regency Mainz.
