Free prosecco and other drinks are now available to Priority Pass cardholders at London Stansted airport, but only if they don't have an American Express card.

The new deal is with the Bottega Prosecco Bar & Caffe, which offers an £18 credit towards drinks or food when you visit. If you have a Priority Pass that allows a free guest and you arrive with someone else, you'll receive a £36 credit between you. The bar is open between 4am and 9.30pm.

However, this deal is not available to those who obtain their Priority Pass through American Express. Instead, they can use their card to get an £18 per person credit at Stansted's The Camden Bar & Kitchen.

This is not the only restaurant deal available to Priority Pass cardholders. There are now several UK airport restaurants that give an £18 credit per person to non-Amex issued Priority Pass cardholders.

## Where Can American Express Priority Pass Cardholders Go?

For American Express Priority Pass cardholders, the options are limited. Currently, they can use their card to get an £18 credit per person at the following restaurants:

| Restaurant | Location | Credit per Person | | --- | --- | --- | | PizzaExpress | London Gatwick (South Terminal) | £18 | | Juniper & Co | London City | £18 | | The Camden Bar & Kitchen | London Stansted | £18 |

If you have a Priority Pass issued by American Express Preferred Rewards Gold, you can get £72 of free food and drink as long as there are four of you dining.

It's worth noting that the Priority Pass app is smart and will not show you restaurants that you cannot use. This means that you won't be able to see the Bottega Prosecco Bar on the Stansted page, for example, unless you have a Priority Pass issued by a financial partner other than American Express.

## Important Note

If you have a 'pay per use' or 'pay for guests' Priority Pass, you should not take part in any of these restaurant deals. The guest fee is now at least £24, and you'll be getting £18 of restaurant credit, so you can see the problem.
