Dusit Princess Ipoh will open on 1 October 2026, bringing the Thai-inspired Dusit Princess brand to the capital of Malaysia's Perak state. The 268-room hotel is owned by Plenitude Berhad and is positioned to serve leisure, business, and event travelers.
Ipoh is located about 200 km north of Kuala Lumpur and is known for its historic center, multicultural food scene, and the dramatic limestone landscapes of the surrounding Kinta Valley. The hotel is situated beside the Perak Turf Club, less than five minutes by car from the city center and roughly ten minutes from Sultan Azlan Shah Airport, which has direct flights from Singapore.

The hotel reflects the upper-midscale, practical character of the Dusit Princess brand. Its 268 rooms are divided into five categories, ranging from compact Superior Rooms to spacious Family Suites.
